I made a custom flash pattern that resembles the fire trucks around my area and I think it turned out pretty nice. You can also customize the pattern to however you like if you know how to edit carcols (I wholeheartedly recommand PNWParksFan's LiveLights plugin for this). I also increased the range for environmental lighting (the default values are very, very underpowered). Each light module has it's own corona and corresponding environmental lighting which makes it look more realistic during night time (see the video showcase below). More lights are added to the side and rear of the truck. The lightbar is replaced with a Whelen Freedom that's commonly used by fire departments. I've always liked the stock fire truck so I decided to make it better.Here's are the changes compared to the original truck:
